Anthony Joshua Fight this Saturday 9PM Televised on Sky Sports Box Office

Big match for British boxer Anthony Joshua this Saturday as he pits his skills against Mexican Andy Ruiz Jr.

The fight takes place in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, British boxing fans can watch the match on sky Sports Box. Expected fight time is 9PM.

Ruiz Jr produced one of the greatest upsets in heavyweight boxing history as he stopped Joshua via TKO in the seventh round, earlier this year. Commenting on the fight Tyson Fury, “Ruiz Jr the little fat fella goes in there and bowls him over in seven rounds, having murdered every donut and taco in California and then goes in with a man who’s had a 12-week training camp with every sports scientist in the United Kingdom.”

Ruiz on facing Joshu “I’m confident about the rematch, but I don’t underestimate any fighter. I know AJ’s going to come stronger and more focused but inside the gym, like Mike Tyson says, everyone has a plan until they get hit.”

The 29-year-old became the first Mexican heavyweight champion of the world after his triumph at Madison Square Garden, and denied that he was enjoying the good life and the spoils of victory.

This is the re-match that Joshua needs to win.

This fight will be challenging for both fighters as they pit their wits in the ring. Joshua who has an interest in chess, will have to have to change his tactics if he is to win this time around.

“It’s more myself I have to change, I look at myself in the mirror and saying I know I’m better than that. Andy is still the same person. He will come game and I’ve got to change some of my bits and bobs.

It's an opportunity for Joshua to win his belts back on Saturday.

Joshua lost three heavyweight world title belts to Ruiz on June 1 in Manhattan, in one of heavyweight boxing’s most unexpected defeats. after being floored four times and stopped inside seven rounds.

Theres a lot of pressure on Joshua although he is keen not to show it, “ It’s no big deal. It’s about how you come back, I have a different challenge in my head. When you’ve walked the road once, you can do it again.”

Financially Joshua is expected to earn £60 million

Theres a lot riding on this fight. The prize money represents the biggest ever offered to a heavy weight challenger without a belt. Joshua has to win the belts back.

Joshua “If I lose this fight and stay down, then I’ve got a problem.”
